4. Personal data we may collect
4.1 Data you provide directly
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- your name, display name, email address, phone number, Telegram username, social-media handle, and country;
- information included in a contact, consulting, partnership, speaking, or support request;
- your channel link, niche, business details, goals, files, screenshots, or other information you choose to send;
- order details, billing details, selected product, currency, payment method, and transaction reference;
- support correspondence and records of how an access issue was resolved;
- feedback, survey responses, reviews, testimonials, images, or other materials you submit;
- any consent or preference you give, including consent to publish a testimonial or receive marketing messages.
Please do not send sensitive personal data or full bank-card details unless we specifically request information through an appropriate secure channel.
4.2 Payment data
Card payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking credentials. We may receive limited payment metadata, such as:
- payment amount and currency;
- date and time;
- payment status;
- transaction or payment identifier;
- country of payment;
- masked card information;
- fraud and dispute indicators.
For a manually arranged payment, we may receive a payment confirmation or bank-transfer reference. You must redact full card numbers and any unrelated account information before sending proof of payment.
4.3 Telegram and course-access data
When YouTube Insight or another product is delivered through Telegram, we may process:
- Telegram user ID, username, display name, and public profile link;
- phone number only where you have made it visible in Telegram or provided it directly;
- payment confirmation and access status;
- invite-link issuance and activation records;
- access start and end dates;
- community moderation and support records;
- technical information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access or sharing.
Telegram processes data under its own privacy notice. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and device.
4.4 Technical and usage data
When you use a YunaTube website, our hosting, security, and delivery providers may process:
- IP address;
- browser, device, and operating-system information;
- request date and time;
- requested page, referring page, and response status;
- technical, availability, and security logs;
- information needed to prevent abuse, fraud, or attacks.
The main YunaTube website uses browser local storage to remember your language preference. This preference is stored on your device and is not used by us to build an advertising profile.
4.5 Third-party content and links
A YunaTube page may link to or use services such as YouTube, Google Forms, Google Fonts, Telegram, Stripe, and social networks. When you load, play, submit, or follow third-party content, the relevant provider may receive technical data and other information under its own privacy notice.
We do not intentionally collect special-category or highly sensitive data. Please do not provide it unless it is genuinely necessary and we have agreed on an appropriate method.
5. Why we use personal data
We use personal data only where we have a valid purpose and, where required, a lawful basis. Depending on the activity and applicable law, we may process data to:
- Respond to inquiries and take steps before a contract. This includes reviewing a consulting request, replying to questions, and preparing a proposal.
- Perform a contract. This includes processing an order, confirming payment, delivering digital content, maintaining access, providing technical support, and administering a consulting engagement.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations. This includes accounting, tax, consumer-protection, sanctions-screening, record-keeping, and responding to lawful requests.
- Protect legitimate interests and legal rights. This includes website security, fraud prevention, access control, enforcing our terms, maintaining evidence of delivery, resolving disputes, and protecting intellectual property, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Use consent where required. This may include publishing a testimonial, sending optional marketing, or activating non-essential analytics or advertising technologies.
- Improve the website and products. We may use aggregated or de-identified information, technical reports, and support patterns to improve reliability and content.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and does not affect processing that is required to perform a contract or comply with law.
6. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
As of the date of this Policy, the main YunaTube website does not intentionally use advertising pixels or non-essential behavioral tracking. It may use:
- strictly necessary technologies for security, payments, and delivery;
- browser local storage for the selected language;
- technical logs generated by hosting and security providers;
- third-party components that process data when you interact with them.
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising cookies, or similar technologies that require consent, we will update this Policy and present an appropriate consent choice before activating them where required by law.
You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent a payment, login, or access function from working correctly.
7. Who may receive personal data
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose only the data reasonably necessary to:
- payment providers, including Stripe, banks, and fraud-prevention providers;
- hosting, security, and delivery providers, including Cloudflare;
- communication and access providers, including Telegram and email providers;
- Google and YouTube services, where a page uses a video, form, font, or related feature;
- professional advisers, such as accountants, tax advisers, lawyers, auditors, and insurers;
- public authorities, courts, regulators, or law-enforcement bodies, where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights;
- a buyer, investor, successor, or adviser in a genuine corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
A provider may act as our processor, as an independent controller, or in both capacities depending on the service. Its own privacy notice may also apply.
8. International data transfers
YunaTube LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates, while service providers and users may be located in other countries. Personal data may therefore be processed in the UAE, United States, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other locations where our providers operate.
Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use an available lawful mechanism, such as contractual commitments, standard contractual clauses, an adequacy mechanism, or another recognized safeguard. We also apply data minimization and access controls appropriate to the information involved.
9. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Our current retention approach is:
- orders, payments, invoices, and tax or accounting records: at least seven years after the end of the relevant tax period, or longer if required by law or an active dispute;
- course access and delivery records: for the access period and afterward for as long as reasonably necessary to prove delivery, enforce the Terms, handle disputes, and meet the record-keeping period above;
- consulting contracts and deliverables: for the engagement and afterward for the applicable accounting, limitation, and dispute period;
- general inquiries that do not become a contract: ordinarily up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is justified by an ongoing relationship, legal claim, or request from you;
- support and moderation records: for the time needed to resolve the issue and protect users, the product, and our legal rights;
- testimonials and publication permissions: until consent is withdrawn, the testimonial is no longer used, or a longer period is required to document the permission or defend a claim;
- optional marketing records: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, with a limited suppression record retained so that we can honor the opt-out;
- technical and security logs: according to provider settings and for the period reasonably necessary to maintain security, investigate incidents, and comply with law;
- language preference in local storage: until you clear it in your browser.
When data is no longer required, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely restrict it from routine use, subject to technical backup cycles and legal holds.
10. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may have the right to:
- receive information about processing and request access to your data;
- obtain a copy of data you provided in a usable format;
- correct incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion;
- request restriction or suspension of processing;
- object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- withdraw consent;
- request portability where the right applies;
- object to or request review of a qualifying solely automated decision;
- submit a complaint to a competent data-protection or consumer authority.
To make a request, email [email protected] with Privacy Request in the subject line. Describe the request and the account, order, email, or Telegram identity involved. Do not send a passport or full card details unless we ask for an appropriate verification method.
We may request proportionate information to verify identity and prevent unauthorized disclosure. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. Where applicable law permits more time because a request is complex or numerous, we will tell you about the extension. Some rights are not absolute, and we may retain information required by law, a contract, security needs, or legal claims.
11. Automated decisions
YunaTube LLC does not currently make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. Payment, fraud, banking, or platform providers may use their own automated systems under their policies.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls, provider security features, data minimization, and procedures for access and support. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You must protect your email, Telegram account, device, passwords, and invite links. Contact us promptly if you believe your access or correspondence has been compromised.
13. Third-party websites and platform changes
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience or delivery. We do not control their privacy, availability, or security practices. Platform providers may change their services and notices independently.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our products, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use data already collected, we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
15. Language
This Policy is available in English and Russian for accessibility. The versions are intended to communicate the same rules. No translation limits rights provided by mandatory law. If wording differs, we will interpret the versions consistently with the actual processing and applicable law.
