Important language notice: The digital course YouTube Insight (Russian: «YouTube Инсайт») is currently supplied only in Russian. There is no English-language version of the course, its lessons, tests, templates, Telegram space, or course support at this time. The English version of these Terms is provided for legal accessibility and does not mean that the course is available in English.

These Terms of Use and Sale (the Terms) govern your use of YunaTube websites and your purchase or use of products and services supplied by YunaTube LLC. Please read them before using the websites, submitting an inquiry, paying for a product, or requesting immediate access to digital content.

These Terms apply to:

• yunatube.com and pages operated by YunaTube LLC that link to these Terms;
• course.yunatube.com and the Russian-language course YouTube Insight;
• digital materials, Telegram access, support relating to payment or access, consulting proposals, and other services expressly sold by YunaTube LLC;
• visitors, consumers, sole traders, and organizations, except where a separate signed agreement applies.

A separate written proposal, booking confirmation, statement of work, or other agreement may add to or replace parts of these Terms for a specific service. If there is a direct conflict, the specifically agreed document controls for that service, subject to mandatory law.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you purchase or act for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party.

You must not use the websites, products, or services where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, payment-provider rules, or a lawful restriction applicable to you or YunaTube LLC.

3. Key definitions

In these Terms:

• Website means a YunaTube LLC website or page that links to these Terms.
• Product Page means the page describing a product or service at the time of purchase.
• Course means the Russian-language digital course YouTube Insight.
• Digital Content means course videos, presentations, tests, guides, tables, templates, messages, recordings, and other materials supplied electronically.
• Access Platform means Telegram or another private platform selected by YunaTube LLC to deliver Digital Content.
• Customer means the person or organization that places an order or accepts a service proposal.
• Consumer means a natural person acting primarily outside a trade, business, craft, or profession, where that status exists under applicable law.

4. Website use

YunaTube grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You must not:

• interfere with the Website, security controls, payment flow, access controls, or another user;
• scrape, crawl, probe, reverse engineer, or test the Website except as expressly allowed by law or with written permission;
• introduce malware, automated traffic, fraudulent orders, or misleading information;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use Website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• copy, frame, republish, or commercially exploit substantial Website content without written permission.

We may restrict access to protect the Website, users, YunaTube LLC, or third parties, or to comply with law.

5. Educational information and no outcome guarantee

Website and Course content is general educational and informational material. It is not individualized legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, employment, immigration, or other regulated professional advice.

YouTube, Google, AdSense, YPP, Stripe, Telegram, banks, tax authorities, affiliate networks, and other third parties make their own decisions and may change their rules. YunaTube LLC does not control those decisions.

YunaTube LLC does not guarantee:

• monetization, YPP or AdSense approval, continued monetization, or successful appeals;
• any level of revenue, profit, views, subscribers, retention, CTR, RPM, CPM, or channel growth;
• payment availability, payouts, banking access, tax treatment, or platform availability in a particular country;
• that a specific niche, format, workflow, tool, or strategy will produce a particular result;
• that Course information will remain current after a platform or law changes.

Examples, dashboards, testimonials, and case studies illustrate specific experiences. They are not promises of what another customer will achieve. You remain responsible for your decisions, content, compliance, taxes, accounts, devices, and implementation.

6. Independence from third-party platforms

YunaTube LLC is an independent business. Unless expressly stated in writing, it is not endorsed by, sponsored by, employed by, or affiliated with YouTube, Google, Alphabet, Stripe, Telegram, or any other third-party platform mentioned on the Website.

All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider's terms and policies.

7. YouTube Insight

7.1 Russian-language product only

YouTube Insight is designed for Russian-speaking customers and is supplied only in Russian. Before purchase, you must be able to understand Russian well enough to use the Course and legal purchase information. We do not promise subtitles, translation, interpretation, or an English edition.

The Course's availability in Russian does not imply that any strategy, payment method, platform feature, tax position, or monetization option is available in every country.

7.2 What is included

The Product Page and order summary displayed at the time of purchase define the current Course package. As of the date of these Terms, the Product Page describes a self-paced package that includes recorded lessons and presentations, program sections, tests, guides, tables, templates, and access to a private Telegram space and community for a stated access period.

Unless the Product Page or a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, the Course does not include:

• personal mentoring or direct support from Yuna;
• review of homework, channels, videos, thumbnails, or appeals;
• individual niche selection or channel audit;
• live group calls, guaranteed replies, or consulting;
• implementation, account setup, content production, or representation before a platform;
• future products, new courses, or a renewal after the access period.

References in Course materials to a “week,” “module,” “section,” or similar unit describe the structure of the Course. They do not create a mandatory calendar schedule or staged release unless the Product Page says so.

7.3 Delivery and activation

After successful payment confirmation, access is normally supplied through a personal invite link, Telegram bot, email, payment-confirmation page, or another electronic method shown at checkout.

Digital supply begins when YunaTube LLC sends or makes available the personal activation method or access credentials. The fact that a Customer does not activate the link, join Telegram, watch lessons, download permitted files, or complete the Course does not by itself mean that supply has not begun.

If access has not arrived within 12 hours after successful payment, email [email protected] and include:

• the purchase date and amount;
• the email or Telegram account used;
• the payment reference or a redacted receipt;
• a description of the issue.

Never send a full card number or security code. We will investigate and restore or provide access. If access is not provided because of YunaTube LLC within 24 hours after successful payment and the problem is not promptly corrected, the remedies in the Refund Policy apply.

7.4 Access period

Unless the Product Page or order confirmation states a different period, Course access lasts 12 months from successful payment confirmation. A replacement invite link does not restart or extend that period.

Access may continue after the stated period at YunaTube LLC's discretion, but any such continued access is temporary and does not create a promise of lifetime access or a renewal.

7.5 Platform migration and updates

YunaTube LLC may update, correct, reorganize, replace, or remove individual materials, and may move the Course to another private platform. During the paid access period, any change must preserve the material substance of the purchased package or provide a reasonably equivalent means of access.

Updates caused by YouTube, legal, technical, or policy changes may alter examples and recommendations. New standalone products, personal services, and future editions are not included unless expressly stated.

7.6 Telegram community

Community access is an additional feature of the Course, not a promise of individual support. You must not use the community to:

• spam, advertise, solicit, or recruit without written permission;
• harass, threaten, insult, discriminate against, or disclose private information about another person;
• publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unsafe content;
• share Course materials, invite links, paid content, or another person's account;
• disrupt discussions, impersonate others, or evade moderation.

We may remove content, mute or remove a participant, or restrict community access where reasonably necessary. A serious or repeated breach may also lead to suspension of Course access under section 16. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

8. Orders, prices, and payment

8.1 Product information

Before payment, the Product Page or checkout should identify the main characteristics, language, price, currency, access period, delivery method, and material exclusions. You are responsible for reviewing that information and correcting order details before payment.

8.2 Prices and currencies

The price shown at checkout applies to the order. A Product Page may display USD, RUB, or another supported currency. Exchange rates, card conversion, correspondent-bank charges, and fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside YunaTube LLC's control.

Any tax that YunaTube LLC is required to collect will be shown or included as required by the applicable checkout and invoicing rules. You remain responsible for taxes, filings, and professional advice relating to your own activities and results.

8.3 Payment providers and manual payments

International card payments may be processed by Stripe. Where card payment is unavailable, YunaTube LLC may offer a separately confirmed manual payment method. Do not send money to an account or person unless the payment instructions were provided through an official YunaTube channel.

Payment providers may conduct fraud, identity, sanctions, or authorization checks and may reject or reverse a transaction under their own rules.

8.4 Contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when:

• the payment is successfully confirmed and an order confirmation or access instruction is issued; or
• for a manually arranged payment or service, YunaTube LLC sends written acceptance after payment or accepts the signed proposal, as applicable.

We may reject or cancel an order before supply where there is a pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, an unlawful transaction, a sanctions issue, or inability to provide the product. In that case, amounts actually received for the cancelled order will be returned.

8.5 Order confirmation and invoice

Keep the order confirmation, receipt, invoice, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any consent confirmation sent after purchase. Contact us promptly if the confirmation contains an error.

9. Immediate supply of digital content and cancellation rights

The Course is intended to be available shortly after payment. In a jurisdiction where a consumer has a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for online digital content, YunaTube LLC will rely on an exception only where its legal requirements are met.

Where required at checkout, you will be asked through a separate, unticked consent to:

1. expressly request that supply of the Digital Content begin immediately, before any applicable cancellation period expires; and
2. acknowledge that once supply begins, you lose the statutory change-of-mind right to cancel to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The order confirmation should record that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email. If legally required consent is not obtained, YunaTube LLC may delay access until the applicable cancellation period expires or use another lawful delivery process.

This section does not remove mandatory rights relating to Digital Content that is defective, unavailable, materially different from its description, or otherwise non-conforming. The Refund Policy explains the operational process for those cases.

10. Personal license and intellectual property

All Website and Course materials are owned by YunaTube LLC, Yuna Lebed, or a licensor and are protected by copyright, trademark, database, confidentiality, and other laws.

Upon payment, YunaTube LLC grants the Customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased materials during the stated access period for the Customer's own learning and own YouTube projects.

You may apply the knowledge, methods, and ideas to your own original work. You may not, without prior written permission:

• share an account, Telegram access, invite link, login, or paid file;
• reproduce, record, screen-capture in bulk, download where no download is provided, republish, translate, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly display materials;
• create or sell a course, guide, membership, template library, database, or other product that copies or substantially reproduces the materials;
• remove ownership, copyright, watermark, or access-control notices;
• upload substantial Course materials to a public repository, file-sharing service, or generative-AI system for reproduction, redistribution, model training, or creation of a competing product;
• use Website or Course material to misrepresent endorsement, results, credentials, or affiliation.

A Customer organization may not give access to staff, contractors, clients, or affiliates unless a multi-user license is expressly agreed in writing.

11. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate order and contact information;
• maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, email account, and Telegram account where required;
• securing accounts, devices, payment instruments, and invite links;
• checking spam folders, Telegram messages, and the purchase confirmation;
• using Course information lawfully and independently verifying current platform, tax, legal, banking, and professional requirements;
• obtaining rights to any content, music, footage, images, scripts, data, or other material used in your projects;
• complying with YouTube, Google, Telegram, Stripe, and other third-party terms;
• redacting confidential or third-party personal data before sending a dashboard, screenshot, file, or channel information to YunaTube LLC.

12. Consulting and other professional services

Consulting, audits, speaking, partnerships, production, and other professional services are separate from the Course unless expressly included in a written offer.

Before payment for such a service, the parties should agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, price, currency, timing, dependencies, scheduling, cancellation or rescheduling terms, and any permitted use of confidential information. That proposal or agreement controls the service.

Unless expressly agreed, YunaTube LLC does not take control of a Customer's channel, guarantee implementation, provide legal or tax advice, or make decisions on behalf of a platform.

13. Customer submissions, feedback, and testimonials

You retain ownership of original materials you send. You grant YunaTube LLC a limited right to use them only as reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry, perform the contract, provide support, protect legal rights, or comply with law.

Feedback may be used internally without identifying you. A name, image, dashboard, review, testimonial, or case study will not be published as attributed marketing material without an appropriate permission or another lawful basis. Any agreed anonymization and confidentiality terms must be respected.

Do not send material that you do not have the right to disclose.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. By using the Website or purchasing, you acknowledge that payment, hosting, communications, access, and embedded-content providers may process data under their own privacy notices.

15. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy excludes a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Suspension and termination

YunaTube LLC may temporarily suspend access while investigating a security incident, payment reversal, unauthorized sharing, community misconduct, or material breach.

After reasonable notice where appropriate, access may be terminated for a serious or repeated breach, including deliberate redistribution of paid materials, fraudulent payment, unlawful conduct, or evasion of a prior suspension. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, systems, or legal rights.

Termination for breach does not transfer intellectual-property rights or erase payment, confidentiality, or liability obligations already accrued. Any refund consequence is determined by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

You may stop using the Website at any time. Ending use does not itself cancel a completed digital purchase or create a refund right.

17. Conformity, availability, and disclaimers

YunaTube LLC will use reasonable care to supply a purchased product substantially as described at the time of purchase and to maintain access during the stated period, subject to planned maintenance, third-party outages, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control.

If Digital Content is materially defective or does not conform to the purchase description, contact us with enough information to reproduce the issue. We may first repair, restore, replace, or provide an equivalent means of access within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Other mandatory remedies remain available where the problem cannot be corrected.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Website information made available without charge is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, country, bank, or third-party service.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that rule, YunaTube LLC is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss;
• loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, data, monetization, channel access, or platform status;
• decisions, restrictions, outages, policy changes, account actions, payment failures, or data practices of third parties;
• a Customer's content, implementation, tax position, legal compliance, bank, residency, or use outside the agreed purpose;
• loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

For a paid product or service, and to the extent permitted by law, YunaTube LLC's aggregate liability arising from that purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to YunaTube LLC for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event. This cap does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

19. Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as major internet or platform outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, government action, war, civil disturbance, sanctions, power failure, banking disruption, or failure of an essential supplier.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. If a paid service cannot be supplied for a prolonged period, the parties will seek a reasonable alternative, rescheduling, or a refund for the unprovided part where required.

20. Complaints, governing law, and disputes

Send a complaint to [email protected] with the subject Complaint and include the order reference, relevant dates, and the requested resolution. YunaTube LLC aims to provide a substantive response within 10 calendar days, although a complex matter may require more time.

These Terms and non-contractual obligations connected with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Sharjah, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to a Consumer in another jurisdiction.

The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If it is not resolved, the courts with jurisdiction in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law allows or requires the Consumer to bring a claim elsewhere or use a competent authority or mandatory dispute process.

These Terms do not require a Consumer to waive a statutory right to complain to a regulator, consumer-protection authority, or court.

21. Changes to the Website, products, and Terms

YunaTube LLC may change the Website, prices, future product descriptions, and these Terms. A change does not retroactively reduce the material paid access or mandatory rights attached to an existing order, unless the change is required by law or is reasonably necessary for security and an equivalent solution is provided.

The version published when an order is placed applies to that order, together with any later change that the Customer expressly accepts or that mandatory law requires. The current Website-use terms apply to future use of the Website.

22. General provisions

If part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. A waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific instance.

You may not assign or transfer a contract or access right without written permission. YunaTube LLC may transfer a contract as part of a genuine reorganization, sale, or transfer of business if this does not reduce mandatory rights and the successor assumes the relevant obligations.

These Terms, the Product Page, the order confirmation, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any specific written agreement form the entire agreement for the relevant purchase, replacing prior statements about that purchase. Fraud and mandatory pre-contract information are not excluded.

Notices may be sent to the email, Telegram account, or contact details used for the order. You must keep them current.

23. Language

These Terms are available in English and Russian and are intended to communicate the same rules. No translation limits rights provided by mandatory law.

For YouTube Insight, the Russian Product Page and Russian order summary control the Course's language, included features, current price, and delivery description because the Course is sold only in Russian. For a separately agreed service, the language of the signed proposal or order confirmation controls its specific commercial terms. Any inconsistency must otherwise be interpreted to preserve the Customer's mandatory rights and the parties' documented transaction.
