Refund Policy

Important language notice: The digital course YouTube Insight is supplied only in Russian. No English-language edition, subtitles, translation, tests, Telegram space, or course support is currently included. Please purchase only if you can use a Russian-language product.

This Refund Policy explains when YunaTube LLC will provide a refund or another remedy for a digital product or paid service. It forms part of the Terms of Use and Sale.

Nothing in this Policy removes a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • the Russian-language digital course YouTube Insight;
  • other digital products expressly sold by YunaTube LLC under this Policy;
  • consulting or other paid services only where the applicable proposal, booking confirmation, or service agreement does not contain a different refund or cancellation rule.

It does not govern charges imposed directly by a bank, card network, marketplace, Telegram, Google, YouTube, or another third party under a separate contract with you.

2. Course delivery and immediate access

YouTube Insight is Digital Content supplied electronically, normally through a personal Telegram invite, access bot, email, payment-confirmation page, or another electronic activation method.

Digital supply begins when YunaTube LLC sends or makes the personal activation method or access credentials available. Not opening the message, activating the link, joining Telegram, watching lessons, or completing the Course does not by itself mean that supply has not begun.

Where applicable law gives a Consumer a cooling-off or change-of-mind right, YunaTube LLC will treat that right as lost after immediate supply begins only where the required conditions have been met, including any required prior express request, acknowledgement, and durable confirmation. The checkout should use a separate, unticked immediate-access consent where required.

3. Contact us first about an access problem

If Course access has not arrived within 12 hours after successful payment confirmation, email [email protected] with the subject Access Issue and include:

  • the purchase date and amount;
  • the email or Telegram account used for the order;
  • the payment reference or a redacted receipt;
  • a short description or screenshot of the issue.

Do not send a full card number, card security code, password, or online-banking credentials.

We will check payment and delivery records and will normally try to restore access, issue a replacement invite, correct the account, or provide an equivalent delivery method before processing a refund.

4. When a refund or other remedy may be available

Subject to evidence, the Terms, and applicable law, a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, or other appropriate remedy may be available where:

  1. Access was not supplied. Successful payment was confirmed, but access was not provided because of YunaTube LLC within 24 hours and the issue was not promptly corrected after notice.
  2. The wrong product was supplied. You paid for YouTube Insight but received access only to a materially different product, and the error was not promptly corrected.
  3. The Digital Content is materially defective or non-conforming. A substantial part of the purchased package is unavailable, corrupted, or materially different from the description shown at purchase, and YunaTube LLC cannot repair, restore, replace, or provide an equivalent means of access within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
  4. A duplicate payment occurred. The same Customer was charged more than once for the same intended order and the additional charge was not used for a separate license or purchase.
  5. YunaTube LLC cancels before supply. We cancel the order and do not provide the purchased product or an accepted equivalent.
  6. A paid service is not provided. A separately agreed service is cancelled by YunaTube LLC and is not rescheduled or replaced under the applicable agreement.
  7. Mandatory law requires a remedy. A statutory consumer, payment, or other right applies and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Depending on the legal right and circumstances, YunaTube LLC may first bring the Digital Content into conformity by restoring access, correcting the defect, replacing a file, or providing an equivalent platform. A refund is not the only possible remedy where a repair can be completed promptly and without significant inconvenience.

5. Change-of-mind requests after digital supply begins

Once Digital Content has begun to be supplied following any legally required immediate-access consent and acknowledgement, YunaTube LLC does not ordinarily provide a refund solely because you:

  • changed your mind or no longer want the Course;
  • did not start, complete, or regularly use the Course;
  • do not have enough time, motivation, equipment, or internet access;
  • expected personal mentoring, channel review, homework review, live calls, or direct answers from Yuna when those items were not included;
  • expected an English edition, English subtitles, translation, or English support despite the Russian-only notice presented before purchase;
  • cannot or do not want to use Telegram after Telegram delivery was disclosed before purchase;
  • lost access to your own email, Telegram account, phone, device, or internet connection;
  • selected the wrong country, currency, payment method, or account information where the supplied product itself is correct;
  • disagree with a platform update, strategy, teaching style, opinion, or recommendation after receiving the described materials;
  • did not obtain the income, views, subscribers, monetization, AdSense or YPP status, appeal outcome, niche performance, or other result you expected;
  • cannot use a specific platform, bank, payment service, monetization feature, or payout method because of country, residency, sanctions, bank rules, tax position, or third-party decisions;
  • violated the Terms, shared access, redistributed materials, or had access terminated for a serious breach.

This section does not apply where the stated reason also establishes a mandatory right, a material defect, misleading pre-contract information, or another eligible ground under section 4.

6. Russian-only course disclosure

A request based only on the Course being in Russian is not normally eligible if, before payment:

  • the Product Page clearly stated that the Course is for Russian-speaking customers and is supplied in Russian;
  • the checkout repeated that no English version is currently included; and
  • you accepted the purchase information.

If the required language notice was not presented clearly before your purchase, contact us. We will review the actual checkout record and applicable law rather than applying this exclusion automatically.

7. Consulting and other services

Consulting, audits, speaking, production, partnerships, and similar services should be sold under a separate written proposal or booking confirmation that states the scope, timing, price, dependencies, and cancellation or rescheduling rules. Those specific rules control.

YunaTube LLC should not collect payment for a separately scheduled service without providing those terms. If a service agreement contains no valid cancellation rule, the parties will apply mandatory law and a reasonable allocation based on work already performed, committed capacity, non-recoverable third-party costs, and the unprovided part of the service.

If YunaTube LLC cancels a scheduled paid service and cannot provide a reasonable reschedule accepted by you, the amount paid for the unprovided service will be refunded.

8. Duplicate, reversed, and unauthorized payments

For a suspected duplicate payment, contact us before opening a chargeback so that we can compare transaction identifiers and refund any confirmed duplicate.

For a payment you did not authorize, notify your bank or payment provider immediately and also contact us. We may suspend related access while the payment is investigated. We may request proportionate information to match the payment, but we will never request a full card number or security code by email.

A failed, pending, reversed, disputed, or unpaid transaction does not create a paid access right. If a payment is later reversed after access was supplied, YunaTube LLC may suspend access while the matter is resolved.

9. How to request a refund or remedy

Email [email protected] with the subject Refund Request. Include:

  • your full name or order name;
  • the email address and Telegram username used for the purchase;
  • purchase date, amount, currency, and payment method;
  • transaction, invoice, or Stripe payment reference if available;
  • the product or service purchased;
  • the reason for the request;
  • relevant screenshots or a redacted payment receipt;
  • the remedy you are requesting.

Do not include full bank-card details, passwords, or unrelated financial information.

A complete request helps us locate the order and assess the applicable rule. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent fraud or disclosure to the wrong person.

10. Review time

YunaTube LLC aims to acknowledge a complete request promptly and provide a substantive decision within 10 calendar days. A bank, payment provider, fraud review, missing information, or complex legal issue may require additional time. If so, we will explain the status.

This operational target does not shorten or extend a statutory deadline that applies under mandatory law.

11. Refund amount and method

An approved refund will normally be:

  • sent to the original payment method where technically and legally possible;
  • made in the original transaction currency or the currency supported by the provider;
  • limited to the amount actually paid for the affected product or unprovided service, unless mandatory law requires another amount.

YunaTube LLC will not reduce a refund by processing fees where mandatory law requires a full refund. However, we do not control and generally cannot reimburse:

  • exchange-rate differences;
  • card, bank, correspondent-bank, international-transfer, or cash-out fees charged directly to you by a third party;
  • changes in the value of one currency against another.

For a manual payment, we may request the minimum account information reasonably necessary to send the approved refund through a lawful available method.

After YunaTube LLC submits a refund, the payment provider or bank controls posting time. A card refund commonly takes additional business days to appear; contact your bank if the provider confirms completion but the credit is not visible.

12. Effect of a refund

A full refund ends the relevant license and access right. You must stop using the refunded materials and delete permitted local copies, except records you must retain by law.

For a partial refund or price reduction, the remaining access and license will be stated in the resolution.

A refund does not authorize continued distribution, copying, resale, or use of Course materials in a competing product.

13. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contacting us first does not remove your right to use a lawful bank or payment-provider dispute process. It often allows an access error or duplicate charge to be resolved faster.

A chargeback should not be used to obtain both continued access and a payment reversal, or to avoid the Terms after the described product was supplied. YunaTube LLC may provide the payment provider with relevant order, consent, delivery, access, and correspondence records while handling a dispute in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Promotions, discounts, and gifts

Eligibility is assessed on the amount actually paid. A discount does not remove mandatory rights.

For a gift purchase, a refund is normally sent to the original payer and payment method. Access or a refund cannot be transferred to another person unless YunaTube LLC agrees in writing.

15. Changes to this Policy

The version in effect when the order is placed applies to that order, together with any later change required by mandatory law or expressly accepted by the Customer. We may update this Policy for future orders by publishing a new “Last updated” date.

16. Language

This Policy is available in English and Russian and is intended to communicate the same rules. For YouTube Insight, the Russian Product Page and Russian order summary control the Course's language, included features, current price, and delivery description. No translation limits mandatory consumer rights.
